Step into The Nexus – an evolution of the workspace, bridging downtown Ho Chi Minh City’s iconic past into a future that celebrates the city’s heartbeat: its people.
The Nexus, a premium commercial space in central Saigon, aimed to establish itself as a standout destination in Vietnam’s competitive property market.
To achieve this, the brand required a distinctive brand identity that could effectively communicate its core vision: “Innovation Through Connection.”
The challenge was to craft a cohesive brand strategy and scalable identity that would resonate with both local and international audiences.
Doodle Design collaborated with Refico to co-create & develop a sophisticated and modern commercial property brand in HCMC that embodied its unique vision.
Through Design Thinking led workshopping, in-depth market research, and innovative design & research loops, Doodle defined a clear market position, created a premium visual identity, and consistent application across key leasing communication touch-points.
Doodle also established clear brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints and delivered high-quality marketing assets, including a website, brochure, and collateral, to engage stakeholders and drive the brand’s presence and leasing in the market.
Work Outcomes included client team, end-client, and end-user alignment in the preferred brand experience.
