We are thrilled to announce that Doodle Design has received an esteemed recognition on the DEIA category by Amcham for our ESG Impact Efforts through our “Financial Inclusive Bright Futures” program, a collaboration with IDEO.org and funded by Primark and Standard Chartered. This honor underscores our unwavering commitment to driving sustainable and inclusive growth, since our inception 5 years ago.
At Doodle Design, we firmly believe in the power of Design Thinking to create solutions that not only address business challenges but also contribute positively to society and the environment. Our “Financial Inclusive Bright Future” project stands as a testament to this belief, showcasing our dedication to financial inclusivity and sustainable development.
The program has helped workers, particularly women, build financial resilience, plan & manage their finances more effectively, and support their families.
Key Achievements:
- 💵 Improved financial behaviors among workers, such as increased savings rates, reduced reliance on predatory lending, and enhanced financial decision-making.
- 👥 Successfully piloted its financial literacy training in three garment factories across Vietnam, with over 2,000 participants engaged in peer-driven learning groups so far.
- 🙏 Workers reported greater confidence in managing their finances, with many sharing the knowledge they gained with their families.
