Savills Vietnam set out to answer a big question:
“How might Savills become the most trusted, first-choice partner in residential sales?”
To achieve this, Savills brought its sales leadership team together from across Vietnam to align on a shared vision and shape a future-ready strategy.
Key strategic ambitions included:
- Strengthening the national residential sales force
- Expanding opportunities with key target audiences
- Establishing a structured Residential Sales Academy
- Delivering consistently premium customer experiences
- Enhancing marketing effectiveness and brand distinctiveness
Savills recognised that achieving these goals required deeper customer insight, cross-team collaboration, and strong strategic alignment.
Doodle Design designed and facilitated a three-part Strategy Co-Creation Program, blending Design Thinking mindsets and collaborative problem-solving to bring Savills’ vision to life.
Kick-Off Session
The sales leadership aligned on their shared vision, explored the current market landscape, and learned how Design Thinking could support customer-centricity and strategic clarity. Pre-work guidance helped participants begin thinking from the customer’s perspective and identify areas of opportunity to innovate their future Strategy Action Roadmap initiatives.
Main Workshop
In a full-day collaborative workshop, leaders identified key customer-centric growth opportunities, defined priority Growth Drivers, and co-created a set of strategic initiatives. Teams then prioritised and strengthened these initiatives, shaping a clear and actionable Strategy Action Roadmap to make, test, and learn from.
Post-Workshop Coaching Check-In
Leadership teams reconvened to share initiative progress, gather feedback, refine their plans, and sustain momentum towards implementation. They also established ongoing feedback loops with target clients to strengthen insights, improve each initiative, and ensure stronger market-fit.
The Strategy Co-Creation Program enabled Savills to:
