Design Thinking Workshopping

Background

Doodle Design partnered with Dealers Edge Asia, IPSOS and over 30 automotive and EV leaders from 18 organizations in Vietnam to address a bold challenge: “How might we truly make automotive and mobility fully customer-centric?”

This Design Thinking-led workshop focused on reimagining customer experiences through innovative, technology-driven solutions, tailored to the Vietnamese market. Using personas like the Business Owner, Young Couple, Car Enthusiast, and Gen-Zer, the workshop tackled key customer needs to inspire practical and actionable outcomes.

How We Helped:

Doodle Design facilitated an intensive workshop, bringing together research and insights from our partners and a diverse group of stakeholders from across the automotive ecosystem. Using Design Thinking, empathy-driven  frameworks and tools, including Persona Profiles, Creative Matrix, Alternative Worlds and Bullseye Diagramming, we helped participants generate over 100 ideas and refine them into actionable initiatives.

The workshopping not only delivered innovative customer-centric solutions to take forward but also fostered cross-sector collaboration amongst varied partners to drive real change within the industry across Vietnam.
