As M Village moved into a new chapter of expansion, the leadership team saw a meaningful opportunity: to intentionally strengthen alignment, shared ways of working, and cultural clarity—ensuring leadership cohesion grows alongside business scale.
With the ambition to become “The Most Admired Human-First Hospitality Company,” M Village sought a collaborative partner to help crystallize shared values, leadership behaviours, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
Doodle Design partnered with M Village to design and facilitate a customised Leadership Foundations Main Workshop Sprint, supported by pre- and post-work to sustain alignment and delivery of an implementation Action Plan.
The approach included 3 key steps, including:
1. Kick-Off Session, to build empathy and frame the challenges to address
A grounding session where leaders:
- Understood the vision, strategic intent, and expectations
- Shared early reflections on collaboration
- Prepared mindsets & observations for open, honest sharing and co-creation in the Main Workshop to come
2. Main Workshop Sprint, to co-create the desired future
A highly interactive session where leaders:
- Aligned on values, mindsets, and behaviours for operating as ONE team
- Strengthened trust through cross-functional perspectives
- Clarified current vs. ideal ways of working
- Envision how teams want to collaborate in 2026 and beyond
- Co-created actionable initiatives ready for make–test–learn implementation
3. Leadership Check-In (Self-Facilitated)
Post-workshop, leaders received a guided reflection toolkit and reusable templates to run their own follow-up sessions -reinforcing ownership, accountability, and continued alignment.
