GIMO, a pioneering financial wellness platform in Vietnam, is dedicated to providing innovative, real-time salary advances and financial tools to underserved workers. As the company expanded, GIMO identified the need to enhance its human-centered approach, ensuring its products and services resonate deeply with customers’ needs. To achieve this, GIMO sought a tailored Design Thinking learning program to empower their team with the mindsets, skillsets, and tools needed to innovate effectively—always keeping their target customers at the forefront of their thinking.
Doodle Design partnered with GIMO to deliver a customized Design Thinking learning program, equipping their team with simple, practical methods to foster customer-focused innovation. Through interactive workshops, participants learned to empathize deeply with customers, uncover pain points, and co-create solutions that address high-priority challenges.
The program emphasized immediate, hands-on application, guiding GIMO’s team through creating user personas, journey mapping, problem reframing, and prototyping solutions.
