Maker-Space Assistant helps fuel the design process by providing behind-the-scenes support on tools, assets, resources and logistics. A problem solver, we are looking for someone who is sharp, responsive, and thinks on their feet to solve any rising challenges the projects or team require. Candidates with background on project management, human resources, training, finance management, sales admin support are suitable for the role. A big plus for those who are familiar with digital collaboration tools, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design.

Workshopping

Collaborate with the facilitation team to plan and prepare the logistic of the Design Thinking workshops (online/offline/hybrid).

Assist in co-facilitating the workshop and run the breakout sessions during the workshop.

Follow up with workshopping deliverables and post-workshop actions with the clients.

Project Management

Support with lead generation, screening and proposal crafting.

Follow up with lead/data inputs and assure up-to-date accurate.

Arrange, manage and prepare quotations, service contracts.

Follow up with paperwork required during and post project.

Admin Support

Execute recruitment and hiring arrangements according to instructions.

Maintain the order of office and workshopping supplies and other equipment as required.

Provide admin assistance such as organizing meetings and events, travel arrangements.

Support with tax, human resources, financial tasks assigned by managers.

Assist any other tasks that teamwork requires.
