Key Role Focus
The Design Thinking Content Designer connects all Doodle’s Design Thinking knowledge, ideas, learning resources and engages the like-minded designers and learners to build an innovative learning content and community. The role is expected to train, deliver the knowledge to the organizations, public groups or community. Candidates with expertise and experience in training, curriculum/content development for either international schools or learning platforms are great plus.
Curriculum and Content Design
Research and develop Design Thinking curriculum, syllabus, course content that suits with the learners’ desirable experience.
Collaborate with product and CXUX team to deeply understand the needs and bring the voice of the learners into the way we design the learning content.
Research the leading learning experience around the world and in Vietnam to design content solutions that are unique.
Engage target learners/audience often and throughout to assure the right content is built.
Lead to write content, script and work with Visual and Video team to convert to dynamic learning materials
Community Engagement
Lead Doodle’s community to engage and grow it into the inspirational and purposeful place for people to learn and grow together
Actively develop content and keep it active
Lead and provide community talk/workshopping
Training
Instruct or co-instruct with Doodle’s team to deliver the learning journey or business challenges required.
Continue to learn and develop knowledge and skills in the area of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Agile.
Practice and deliver workshoppings to internal and external community to upskill and upgrade the facilitation design power

Skillset:
At least 3 years in the preferred areas: Business/strategy consultancy, workshop facilitation/training, User Research, Customer Experience Design Projects.
Human Centered Design or Design Thinking Certificate is required
Comfortable in leading workshopping and training
Exposed and experienced with using various collaboration tools and resources: Mural, Miro, Figma & various design and prototyping tools
Willing to travel. Flexible with work hours.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and/or Vietnamese required.
