
Amcham Vietnam needs no introduction. It is a well established organization in Vietnam with different think tanks contributed to and led by leading industries’ minds. The board is a dynamic group of senior leaders coming from different backgrounds, experiences, and mindsets. With that said, when the group gets together, they seek a common voice – the member-centric one. How might we bring together a diverse group to innovate new strategies for the year ahead?

The power of design-led approach lies in the ability to unleash the voice of every member whether an introvert, extrovert, a newbie or an experienced one. When everyone has their moment of silence and is encouraged to write, ideas flow. At the end of the day, we aim to get everyone in the room 100% aligned and empowered to share their inputs and ideas in the most collaborative way.



Thanks to the great benefits of hybrid collaboration tools, such as Mural and in-person, combined with LUMA’s human-centered design thinking approach, everyone was invited to a roller coaster of a design process to re-frame challenges, align on priority goals for the year ahead and ideate solutions. In less than a few hours, close to 200 ideas were created and most importantly, everyone was aligned and had a shared way forward to create a new strategy ahead.
