Business Development and Marketing Executive’s main role is to establish relationships with key target clients, respond to needs and lead Doodle’s initiatives to grow and expand the business, and engage with the business and Design Thinking community through different social, digital and physical channels.

Business Development
- Working directly with Doodle’s leadership team, connect with target organizations, decision makers or key influencers to introduce and connect Doodle’s services and solutions with their key challenges and needs.
- Take the brief and under leadership’s guide, reframe the challenges to propose strategic, creative solutions to solve clients’ problems and harness new opportunities.
- Lead with business proposal process
Social marketing and community engagement
- Actively reach out to the targeted industry partners and media to build Doodle’s presence and promote Design Thinking/Human-Centered Design and Doodle Design/Doodle A’s impactful projects.
- Create and run Doodle’s social and digital channels, platforms with consistent content, and activity engagement
- Be the go-to and connect Doodle for potential business & speaking networking opportunities to increase Doodle’s presence and top of minds in the industry.
- Manage, grow & innovate communications channels
What are we looking for?
Mindset:
- Open-minded, collaborative, and purpose- driven team members. Comfortable with networking and building relationships.
- Flexible and willing to travel when required.
Skillset:
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital marketing, content marketing,, community engagement.
- Sales driven. Solution-focused. A comfortable networker.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Vietnamese
