Office and Executive Assistant helps provide operational support on accountancy, tax, payroll, people engagement and office procedures. A problem solver, we are looking for someone who is sharp, responsive, and thinks on their feet to solve rising challenges the tasks or team require. Candidates with background in Operations/Office Management, Human Resources, Training, Sales admin are suitable for the role. A big plus for those who are familiar with digital collaboration tools, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design.

Key areas of responsibilities .
Office and admin management
Manage daily office operations and facilities management (security, office maintenance & renovation, etc.)
Be in charge to work with clients to provide support for contracts, invoices, and any client-related paperwork
Maintain the order of office and workshopping supplies and other equipment as required.
Provide admin assistance such as organizing meetings and events, travel arrangements.
Work with external suppliers in relation to paper work, quotation, contracts, and coordinate with accountant to proceed with payment process
Human Resources Management
In charge of recruitment, hiring and onboarding arrangements.
Maintain active Attendance and Absent record including people’s master file, data change, leave balance, joiner/leaver data update.
Together with external provider, inform and update team on people change, movement, monthly payslip, changes in payroll policy and company policy
Arrange healthcare Insurance, health check when required.
Work with the agency for Visa/Work Permit/Employment PassApplication.
Executive Assistant
Provide day to day assistance to the management team on scheduling and ad hoc task requests.
Assist in new training license project
Assist any other tasks that teamwork requires.
