F88, one of Vietnam’s leading financial service companies, partnered with Doodle Design & Design Thinking Academy to co-create Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for distinct customer segments.
The collaboration aimed to align teams across the organization around a shared customer vision – transforming insights into meaningful, actionable strategies that drive innovation and impact.
Through an engaging, ‘learn-by-doing approach’, Doodle Design empowered F88’s teams to collaborate, co-create, test and apply Design Thinking directly to real business challenges. What made the experience truly stand out was the careful preparation and knowledge base provided before the workshop, which ensured participants came in with a solid foundation.
During the sessions, Doodle’s facilitators skillfully blended theory, practice, and creativity, using a wide range of fit-for-purpose Design Thinking toolsets and the Mural digital platform to make collaboration seamless and highly interactive.
Participants were not only inspired by the process but also equipped with practical frameworks and tools they could apply immediately in their day-to-day work – turning insights into actionable ideas, and ideas into tangible prototypes, ready for immediate customer-testing.
