It was inspiring to see first-hand the experience design teams’ talents, techniques and capabilities, all aligned to lead the change in Vietnam’s banking industry.
The key take-aways included changing how we understand & use the power of ‘design’ – as a ‘glue’ or common language to drive greater customer-centricity, cross-team collaboration, (whatever your role) creativity and innovation.
